Ingredients:
1- Spoon of butter
2- Cups of diced butternut Squash
1- Cup of diced carrots
2- Cups diced potatos
1-cups of diced Celery
1 - big Onion diced
4-Cups of water
1 vegetable Bouillion
Parsley for garnish
Preparation:
In a medium pan sauted al the vegetables for about 2 minutes,then add the 4 cups of water. When it star boil low the heat and cover ,let it cook for about 15 minutes . Add the vegetable bouillion,Cook for another 10 , or 15 minutes.turn off the heat Add the Parsley.Enjoy.
Garli Bread
Ingrdients:
A big load of bread (Italian-France-Mexican Bolillo bread)
Butter or Olive oil.
Garlic powder
Preparation
In a pan heat the butter or the oil add the garlic and stir.
Sliced the bread smir the misture on the bread.In a heated oven broil for about 5 ,to 7 minutes. Enjoy .
